Father’s Day Tribute from Threefold Village
From your friends, partners, and children at Threefold Village!
This was such an amazing success! So many wonderful people came together to enjoy the festive occasion! The May Pole was a hit and a sure sign of things to come with this incredible community!
Our second workshop with Certified Waldorf instruction on Waldorf skills, themes and understanding. Attendees learned about the value of storytelling, circle time, rhythm and simplicity in Early Childhood. This event had such engagement and interest, it ran over time with open discussion and Q&A.
What a blessing to have a community so committed to self-improvement and equipping themselves to always offer their very best to their children!
Our Into the Woods Gatherings are available to our membership GROUP, serving committed Waldorf Inspired Homeschoolers in the area. We had a wonderful time enjoying Circle and Story time with Waldorf certified and accredited teachers sharing their gifts with the children. Not to mention a fun craft that inspired our Peg Gnome Tutorial!
Words fall short of how incredible the experience has been with this community! Such an incredible journey, thus far. The horizon is looking so bright, we are looking forward to the year ahead!
June, Already?!
We have a great June planned with our final Threefold Village Happenings of this school year – and have already kicked it off with an incredible event:
Wow! We had such an amazing day spending time with our Threefold Village community! You are amazing, inspiring, and full of love. What an incredible pleasure watching the children and parents talk, laugh and play together. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for bringing your joy and good will to the event to brighten an already beautiful spring day.
The morning tours and wagon rides were delightful. The beautifully crafted story and puppet show performed by Leigh Hart set our imaginations to nature and splendor. The fun-filled egg hunt full of surprises, beautifully crafted and contributed by Kat Kinsley, Laura Mills, Camille Parker and Leigh Hart, brought joy to the children with each new discovery. Jessica Libero Edwards blessed us with a touch of elegance by sharing floral arrangements of bouquets from her family’s garden. You are, each, a treasure and we thank you for your warmth and kindness!
Additionally, we want to express our gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful folks who provided the wonderful and engaging environment. Thank you to Gilchrist Farm for providing such a wonderful hands-on and down to earth experience with the animals, the open spaces and the delightful lunch area. The folks at Gilchrist Farm were kind, warm, and sincere in their hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to host our event.
The pièce de résistance was graciously provided by Sande Strings. during our lunch, we were treated to live string selections, conducted by Penny Sande, performed by her students, including a member of our very own Threefold Village community. This lovely ambience transitioned our lovely morning of animals and farm learning, to an imaginative and adventurous afternoon.
We are happy to share this slideshow of the wonderful people and experiences that we cherish from out time together.
Here is a PDF of the schedule for the Egg Hunt and Easter Festivities at Gilchrist Farm on April 14, 2017. If you’d like to print it out in advance, be our guest. We will endeavor to have a few on-hand at Check-in, as well.

Attire and Recommendations
The forecast calls for a sunny 73˚, though it has been windy in the area and may feel cooler as a result. Dressing your child in layers is strongly recommended. Consider long sleeves and/or light jackets and hats to start the day.
We recommend that children dress in spring like colors, if possible. Natural bright colors of white, yellow, pink, baby blue or light green, for example.
Also, food is not provided at the event. There is a time scheduled for you to enjoy a lunch that you will bring. We’ve made arrangements for live music for our listening pleasure during this time.
Bring a small basket or sack to hold the eggs from the egg hunt.
There are bathrooms on site.
Lastly, there will be specific directions provided for our Egg Hunt participants. Great care has been taken to ensure an enjoyable experience for all, we ask that you take the time to understand the guidelines before sending your child into the hunt.
Thank you, happy holiday, and we’ll see you there!
