Summer Camp at Threefold Village

A summer that stays with them.

Most summer camps fill the hours. Ours shapes the child.

At Threefold Village, we offer something rare: a camp grounded in the principles of Waldorf education, where your child is never just busy — they’re building something. Creativity, confidence, connection to the natural world, and joy in making things with their hands.

Our beautiful, tree-lined campus gives children room to breathe. Warm mornings outdoors. Purposeful time in the classroom. Water play to beat the heat. And throughout each day, a gentle rhythm that children settle into — and thrive within.

We offer three age-specific sessions this summer, each led by the experienced educators who guide children at Threefold Village all year long.

Early Childhood & Early Grades Ages 4.9–8 years · Rising Kindergarten through Grade 2

This is the summer your young child falls in love with learning.

Each day flows through stories, puppet shows, arts and crafts, and both free play and guided play — all within the kind of warm daily rhythm that is the hallmark of Waldorf early childhood education. Your child will feel safe, seen, and happily absorbed from morning to afternoon.

Led by founders: Mrs. Parker, co-founder of Threefold Village and our rising Second Grade group teacher, and Mrs. Hart, co-founder and our Early Childhood educator, bring years of Waldorf expertise — and genuine love for this age — to every single day of camp.

Middle Grades Ages 9–11 · Rising Grades 3–6

At this age, children are ready to go deeper — and our Middle Grades camp meets them there.

Mornings are devoted to Arts & Crafts with Mrs. Rinks (our Grade 3 teacher) and Miss Laura (specialty instructor), exploring high-quality, natural materials in a structured creative environment. Afternoons shift to Handwork with Miss Monica, our dedicated handwork instructor — where patience, precision, and pride in a finished piece are all part of the lesson.

This isn’t arts and crafts as a filler. It’s learning through making.

Upper Grades Ages 12–14 · Rising Grades 7–8

Older children deserve more than a watered-down camp experience. Ours is designed for them specifically.

Upper Grades campers begin each morning in Handwork with Miss Monica, developing real craft skills and the satisfaction of sustained creative work. Afternoons move into Arts & Crafts with Mrs. Rinks and Miss Laura, exploring materials and techniques that challenge and inspire at this age.

This is a camp for young people who are ready to take their creativity seriously.
