Student Registration 2024 – 2025

This process will take about 3 minutes.  The final step requires a non-refundable payment to complete registration.  The only condition in which you will be granted a refund is if Threefold Village does not offer you a spot.  If you decline an offer to enroll, you will not be refunded.

Registration is an important activity accomplishing the following:

- Informing TFV of your intent to enroll for the 2024 - 25 academic year
- Ensures that you are notified of important dates and information
- Include your student's considerations in the upcoming planning of the academic year
- Reserving your child's place in the enrollment queue

For families registering multiple children, please, submit a separate registration for each child.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

You must be the parent or legal guardian of any children you register.

Your child must be age  4 years 9 months or older by September 01, 2024, to participate in Threefold Village services.

Fields marked with an asterisk" * " are required.

Registration payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Enrollment requires an appointment for in-person review and submission of enrollment forms and required payment terms.

Threefold Village respects your privacy and does not share, sell, or give your information to any other organization.

Threefold Village supports "no screen time" for children, and encourages limiting media exposure, as well.  We do not allow use of personal electronic devices by children on campus, and limit use and visibility of use by adults, as well.

Our guidelines offer insights into the negative effect on the child's imagination, which we find to  be instrumental to success and passion in learning.  The following question is meant to help us understand the media and screen time practices in your family.

Before making your selection below, please, consider the following:

- You are not required to use a charter program to participate in Threefold Village services.

- If you wish to utilize Threefold Village in conjunction with a charter school, you must confirm the availability of our services through your charter in addition to registering and enrolling with us directly.

- You will be responsible for fulfilling your financial obligation to Threefold Village once enrolled, whether or not you are with a charter school.

Final pricing for 2024 - 2025 services will be published in the enrollment documents you will receive .

Installment agreements are available with "auto-pay" recurring payments only, and must be authorized and begin billing when enrollment is submitted.

We work diligently to ensure the best possible value, providing the highest possible quality for your student and family.

EC Partial Bundle - This is a bundle of two consecutive Morning and Afternoon Early Childhood ( TK / K ) sessions.

EC Complete Bundle - This is a bundle of three consecutive Morning and Afternoon Early Childhood ( TK / K ) sessions.

Grades Bundle Partial - This bundles two consecutive Main Lesson sessions with two same-day specialty subjects, each day. Subject to availability.

Grades Bundle Complete - This provides three consecutive Main Lesson sessions with 3 same-day specialty subjects, each day. (This is our most popular offering.)

Deluxe Grades Bundle - In some situations and grades, we offer additional sessions to extend projects, experiences, and curriculum.  If available, this would be the maximum possible engagement and may not be available through some charter programs due to restrictions on number of hours involved. 

Main Lesson Only - This option provides three consecutive morning Main Lesson sessions, though, is subject to limited availability.

Specialty Subject(s) Only - This option is subject to limited availability, and Specialties are subject to change.  Please, confirm this option via email to info@threefoldvillage.com, to be placed on our stand-by list.

Next,  select the payment arrangements you will make when enrolling.  (Bear in mind, that vendor services for charter programs are limited and may affect your options for enrollment.  Upon enrollment, you will remain financially responsible if your charter doesn't approve the services for which you register).

• Up Front Payment is a single payment due prior to service start (No transaction or carrying charges incurred)
• 10 Installments is an arrangement of equal payments over 10 months and incur carrying charges and a transaction fee.
• Charter Vendor Services indicates your child will be enrolled in a Charter program that partners with Threefold Village and will request charter payment for some services.
