ENROLLMENT MEETING

Here, you will book your enrollment meeting for services.

Enrollment meetings are mandatory for all students prior to starting services.

Bookings should be made, at least 1 day in advance.   DO NOT DELAY YOUR BOOKING.  The closer we get to the start of sessions, the harder it is to meet.  Please, take the first appointment you’re able to make.

Family enrollments and payment arrangements must be completed in-person, through appointment, on campus.

The office is in the “portable building” placed in the middle parking lot area.  The entrance is through the door at the top of the metal stairs, or ramp that wraps around the side of the building.  Look for signs pointing to the TFV OFFICE, inside.

The nature of the meeting is best suited for adults.  Our request is that all parents/ guardians from each family attend the meeting without children.  Having both parents/guardians ensures the family commitment, and helps avoid misunderstandings by improving familiarity with policies and processes, and the benefits of multiple communication styles.

Cancellations:  If you must cancel an appointment, please, do so more than 48 hours in advance, in order to allow for someone else to schedule the spot.  Spots are limited, and it is important that none of them go to waste.

Your appointment will include: 
  • Review of completed enrollment forms (Returning families email in advance of meeting.  New families, bring hard copies to the meeting.)
  • Review of account, if applicable, and catch-up payment for any /all prior year balances
  • Make enrollment payment and, if applicable, set up auto-pay for installment payment arrangements
  • Materials fee payment
  • Charter purchase process review and schedule, if applicable
  • Receipts issued for payments received
