For families who have relied on charter school support to access Threefold Village services, we have arranged for these brief meetings to discuss charter status, options, and resources to help keep our community together.
This meeting is not your enrollment meeting, but are considered urgent if your family depends on charter services.
Bookings should be made, at least 6 hours in advance. DO NOT DELAY YOUR BOOKING. The information provided, and the feedback we receive will help finalize our planning for fall sessions. Please, book the first appointment you’re able to make.
The office is in the “portable building” placed in the middle parking lot area. The entrance is through the door at the top of the metal stairs, or accessible via a ramp that wraps around the side of the building. Look for signs pointing to the TFV OFFICE, inside.
The nature of the meeting is best suited for adults. Our request is that all parents/ guardians attend the meeting without children, if possible. Having both parents/guardians ensures the family commitment, and helps avoid misunderstandings.
Cancellations: If you must cancel an appointment, please, do so more than 24 hours in advance, in order to allow for someone else to schedule the spot. Spots are limited, and it is important that none of them go to waste.
