Our young friends will enjoy a week of imagination, creativity, and play with their peers, supported by two accomplished artisans with uniquely diverse backgrounds.

The morning session will be held by Kelvin; a trained artist of multiple disciplines.  The children will enjoy learning about watercolor through story-telling, music, movement, and demonstration.  Watercolor is a fertile garden of creativity and vision that will full their mornings with colorful delight.

Midday the group will pause for supervised lunch and free play in the large, green, and beautiful campus Threefold Village is known for.  Whether children are playing freeze-tag, climbing or enjoying the shade, our trees, hills and lush grass provide the perfect setting for a summer lunch.

The afternoons will find the children with the accomplished potter Ms. Joan Newton, leading a workshop in hand building with clay.   Participants will create several finished pieces of their own using textured slab and coil methods. Examples of pieces the children will make include small snack trays, pencil/pen holders, candle holders, and mugs. Children will cherish the opportunity to work with their hands and learn from a prolific potter, actively selling fine ceramics.  A perfect fit for creative children Ages 10 to early teens.  1-3 pm, Mon.-Fri.
