Description
Please join us at Riley’s Apple Farm as we take a step back in time to experience a glimpse of America’s past. We will visit a beautiful, working apple farm nestled in the foothills of Oak Glen, California and engage in centuries-old activities and traditions like archery, apple cider pressing, rope making, kazoo and building a real log cabin.
This event is open to all members ( and all ages ) of the community, however, it is especially appropriate for Third Grade students. The Log Cabin activity is a perfect fit providing benefit for participating in a hands-on building project beautifully enriching third-grade block on shelter building.
